First person shooters with rpg elements like Borderlands series, single player only
I decided to give first person shooters a try after enjoying cyberpunk. I’m currently playing Borderlands and I’m having fun too. What other single player shooter games are out there for PS4? Where there is a decent story, rpg mechanics, and it’s not too frenetic? I don’t think I’ll like shooting games where there is a lot of running and jumping around. For example, when I play Borderlands too I walk rather than sprint and hide behind cover to snipe at enemies.

Help. Beginner Here. What Should I Buy to Play Magic (the Simplest Format, Casual Play, 2 Players Only, and Fixed Number of Cards For Our Entire Time Playing the Game)?
As the title states, I need to know what I should buy to play Magic: The Gathering with the following requirements (not your typical requirements for Magic, I know, but please bear with me): (1) 2 players only (me and my gaming partner). (2) Casual/normal play -- nothing high-level/comp at all. (3) Fixed number of cards for the entire set of games we will ever play (that is, I want 120 cards or whatever the case and never buy any others) -- just two decks of 60 cards each, I assume (?) (4) I want it to be simple, so whatever format, deck-build, and card types that is, please. (5) It would also help if the game was as balanced as possible, so we had roughly the same cards or kinds of cards in terms of power, so that one player didn't create something completely overpowered or random, but you can tell me about that I am sure. (6) The years/cards, therefore, don't really matter. 2021, 2020, 2015, whatever you think is best to achieve the aforementioned. (7) Further, the kind of cards, such as mostly lands, or certain creatures, or the more normal/typical creatures don't matter; however, we do like vampires if that helps, as I know vampires are in this game, and we want it to be fun, and not really same-y after just two games, but we won't be playing it all the time, so it doesn't need to have endless possibility at all, just two decks with some freedom over time, and a way to easily learn and play the game, with the former points being the most important. What should I buy:(1) 120 individual cards for two decks of 60? (2) A few 'Booster Boxes'/'Starter Boxes' or whatever? (3) Something else? Finally: assume I really don't know anything else about Magic other than what I have stated here. Extremely new to 'trading card games', 'deck-builders', and such of the ilk, so I literally have no idea about building decks, what card types there are, and what they do, other than roughly how tapping Lands works from a few videos I saw online. Which board game is better in its original/first version for 2 players....vs its 2 player only version?
I play 2 player with my son, almost exclusively , and we have a lot of 2 play only games, yet I often wonder why they make a 2 player version if so many people play/enjoy 2 players with the original game. Snowdonia vs Foothills, Caverna vs. Cave vs. Cave, Agricola, Le Havre etc. Which games do you think are way better at 2 player only, which are superfluous at 2 player only, and which work fine for two at the base game, despite the 2 player version? Bought many 2 player-only games years ago, ACBS, Inland Port etc. and have never played them and wonder if I should just go for the regular versions....love to hear everyone's thoughts!! Length? Complexity?

We got many new player friendly server; Maybe its time to open Veteran player only servers!
As you know with the increased popularity of the game and the huge amount of new players average game quality dropped drastically. I'm also happy that the game got more popular but at this point, the amount of new players surpasses veterans, and it's nearly impossible for the veterans to teach or increase the quality of the matches. At this point, new players who just started to play the game starts to think that this horrible game quality is what an average match looks like. And since not that many veterans are out there they really believe they are playing well even. 2 days ago I got yelled back by our commander which was a new player... I suggested the frog leap since we captured the attack cap and we got at least 2 squads at the old defense cap... He says that he is the commander he will do the planning... I was the heli squad and i bring construction to a FOB close to the New attack cap. My suggestion was literally this "Squads at the defence cap try to die there we placed a HAB close to the new attack cap and it will be up soon. Just die and wait for that HAB". if i was playing with veterans their reaction would be "Thank you heli" But instead of that i got "Im the commander dont listen the heli squad. What kind of a player are you to suggest us to die?!?!?! We are pinned down here killing them 1 by 1. YOU MUST BE A NEW PLAYER..." Im a person who is totally fine with explaining anything they want to know about this game but ^ that shit really grinds my nerves...That is the reason why im suggesting this idea "Veteran only servers" At EU there was Squad+ with this motto but its not getting seeded so its nearly always empty. And the Veteran friends i got thinks this situation is "unfixable" so they are just playing other games or dont care about the game quality as long as they are not SL. I would like to hear the opinion of this subreddit about this situation. What's your thought about it.

People who invite players only to TK them immediately, what's the point?
I know the myriad of reasons and explanations about not trusting people, but I want to pose this question specifically to the people who do this: How do you benefit from this anyway? Seems like a waste of time to wait around inviting people just to kill them immediately. If you're worried about them killing you, why invite them in the first place? Factory I guess you could make an excuse for forming a five-man to avoid a PMC spawn and get early loot, but what's the excuse on bigger maps like Reserve?
Is Smash Bros Ultimate worth it for someone bad at fighting games and single-player only?
I really do like unlocking new characters, but I'm bad at fighting games - the only one I got on with in the past is Marvel vs Capcom 2 on the Dreamcast, and even that I never got good at special moves, just those huge moves that require an easy single button press. So would Smash Bros be worth it for someone like me, who is bad at fighting games (ie, at memorising all the special moves) and would only play single player? But someone who likes unlocking characters and would like to find a fighting game. I was also considering Street Fighter Anniversary Collection. UPDATE: I want to thank everyone for the really interesting, insightful comments. You've helped loads with my decision; I'm hopefully going to get it now, and it is the next game I am saving up for. I'll hopefully update this post in a few months with how I got on!
